Online exam software for university entrance tests, with live monitoring
Candidates sit a timed test on lab computers while the exam team watches every seat live: progress, time left, moved PCs and submissions, with instant results and item analysis.
What needed to change.
University entrance tests bring large numbers of candidates into computer labs on the same day. Paper tests are slow to mark, and a simple online form gives invigilators no control when a computer freezes, a candidate changes seat or time runs out.
Slow marking
Answer sheets had to be checked and totalled before any merit list could be made.
No view of the exam floor
Invigilators could not see who had started, who was stuck and who had finished.
Computer problems on the day
A frozen or changed computer could put a candidate’s answers at risk.
Results and analysis by hand
Absentees, scores and question analysis took days to prepare.

Candidate test screen
A clean, timed test with a question palette, A–D keyboard keys and answers saved on the server.
Live monitor
Every candidate’s lab, PC, progress, time left and status, with extra time, submit and stop actions.
Candidates
Import candidates from the admissions portal, CNIC sign-in, passwords and test resets.
Question bank
Questions and subjects managed in one bank and assigned to each test.
Labs & PCs
Labs and computers registered, so moved seats and saving problems are spotted at once.
Results
Scores, absentees and item analysis, ready to export to CSV.
