A complete dental aligner platform with clinic and admin portals
A marketing site, a clinic portal where practices upload STL scans, and an admin portal that runs aligner production end to end, all on one custom WordPress theme.
What needed to change.
DAligners makes clear aligners from patient scans sent in by dental practices. The business model worked, but the operation behind it was manual: clinic sign-up, case intake, 3D scan files, status updates and messages were all handled by hand, and none of it could scale.
No clinic self-service
Practices could not register, add patients, submit cases or track progress themselves.

Intake, files, status changes and messages were manual work for the team.
Scan files everywhere
Upper, lower and bite STL files arrived by email with no structured storage per case.
No operational overview
There was no single view of practices, patients and cases by status.
How we built it.
Marketing site
A brand site for patients and dentists, with a clear "For Doctors" path into the clinic portal.
Clinic portal
Practices register, add patients, create cases and upload the required STL scans and photos, then track each case.
Admin portal
The lab approves clinics, manages patients and cases, moves cases through the workflow and reads reports.
STL file management
Validated upper, lower and bite scans stored per case, with downloads for the lab and a full status history.
Automated case lifecycle
Status changes, notifications and clinic-lab messages run automatically, so the team only handles exceptions.
One custom theme
Site and both portals run on one custom WordPress theme the client owns, with no SaaS lock-in.
