What needed to change.
Regenerative medicine clinics collect detailed outcome data on every patient: consent, baseline, treatment, imaging, adverse events and follow-ups over many weeks. Kept in spreadsheets, emails and paper forms, cases were recorded differently by each doctor, follow-ups were missed and documents were shared without control.
Every case recorded differently
Doctors captured diagnosis, treatment and outcomes in their own way, so data could not be compared.
Follow-ups that slipped
Patients had to be reminded by hand and questionnaire answers arrived in emails.
Sensitive documents everywhere
Consent forms, imaging files and doctor licences were passed around without access control.
Many clinics, one program
The research team needed to onboard clinics, doctors and distributors without mixing their records.
How we built it.
Four workspaces
Separate, role-based portals for administrators, clinics, doctors and patients, each with only the tools they need.
Structured case records
Nine sections from consent to follow-up; the rest of the record opens only after the consent document is uploaded.
Automatic follow-ups
Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly intervals: Mirelio schedules each follow-up, emails the patient and notifies the doctor.
Patient questionnaires
Patients complete follow-up questionnaires in their own portal; answers stay with the case.
Controlled documents
Consent forms, study protocols, CVs, licences and insurance delivered only to signed-in users with the right role.
Clinic onboarding
Clinics apply online, an administrator approves them, and the clinic admin sets a password by email.
