About these terms

These terms and conditions apply when you use devshuora.org. The website is run by DevShuora Solutions Ltd ("DevShuora", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, at Unit 20 C86, Whitworth House, 28 Charles Street, Stockport, SK1 3JR, United Kingdom. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

You can reach us at info@devshuora.org.

Using this website

You may browse the website and share links to it. Please do not:

  • break the law or harm anyone through it,
  • try to get into parts of it that are not public, or disrupt how it works,
  • send spam, viruses or false information through its forms,
  • copy large parts of it automatically.

Information and prices

We work to keep the website correct and up to date, but it is general information and not professional advice. Our articles, examples and case studies show what we have done or how we think about a topic. They do not promise the same result for your project.

Nothing on the website is a binding offer. Any cost or timescale mentioned on the website or during a call is a guide until it is set out in a written quote or agreement.

Free calls and project work

Our free consultation call has no charge and no obligation. Advice given during a call is general and based on what you tell us.

Project work starts only when we have both agreed it in writing. That agreement, not these terms, sets out the work, the price, payment, ownership of the work and support.

Our content and other names

The text, design, graphics and code of this website belong to DevShuora or the people who licensed them to us. Please ask us before reusing them.

Client names, logos and other trade marks belong to their owners. We show them to describe work we have done or companies we work with.

Reviews you send us

If you send us a review, it must be honest and based on your own experience. When you give permission to publish it, you allow us to show it on our website and in our marketing, and to correct obvious spelling mistakes. We may decide not to publish a review. You can ask us to remove yours at any time.

Links to other websites

Some links go to websites we do not run, such as Calendly, WhatsApp and our clients' websites. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your legal rights are not affected.

Otherwise, the website is provided free of charge and "as is". We do not promise that it will always be available or free from errors. We are not liable for loss of profit, business, data or opportunity, or for indirect loss, arising from your use of the website.

Your privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal data.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts deal with any dispute. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
