What needed to change.
ABA providers run on detailed clinical data: every session records skill targets, behaviours and notes, and BCBAs need to see progress and supervision at a glance. Many teams still juggle separate tools for scheduling, data collection, graphs and authorizations, which costs hours of admin every week and makes billing mistakes more likely.
Data on paper or in many apps
Session data was typed twice and progress graphs were built by hand.
